Refund eligibility depends on project stage, work already completed, reserved capacity, and any contract-specific terms agreed during onboarding.
Initial deposits are generally used to reserve delivery capacity, project discovery, planning, and early execution. Once work has started, deposits are usually non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payments made for completed milestones, approved deliverables, or time already allocated to a project are not refundable. If a project is paused, any remaining unpaid work may be rescheduled under a fresh delivery plan.
Ongoing support, maintenance, or retainer arrangements may be cancellable on future billing cycles, but previously used support hours, emergency interventions, and consumed resources are not refundable.
