Violations of this code should be reported immediately to your manager, HR, or through our confidential whistleblower hotline available 24/7.

All reports are confidential and investigated thoroughly.
Consequences
Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination. Serious violations may be reported to appropriate legal authorities.
Enforced consistently across all levels.
No exceptions based on seniority or performance.
Protection from Retaliation
We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation of this code or assists in an investigation. This protection applies regardless of whether the report is later substantiated. Any retaliation will be considered a serious violation and will result in disciplinary action.
